Refrigerate immediately upon receiving your sea moss jelly and keep refrigerated.
Use or freeze sea moss jelly within 14 days of receiving.
To prevent contamination of your sea moss jelly, keep the lid closed and use a clean spoon every time.
The recommended daily dose of sea moss jelly is 2 tablespoons, in the morning.
It is recommended to slowly increase your dosage over time, if you desire.
If you find your stomach is not adjusting well, decrease your dose to 1 tablespoon daily until your body adjusts, and then increase to 2 tablespoons.

Yes, it’s totally normal for the oils to separate from the shea butter. This happens especially when the product is exposed to warm temperatures. Please ensure to keep your Bloom at room temperature to avoid separation.
Gently stir the Bloom with your finger or a another utensil to recombine.

General instructions:
Open windows
Light the smudge stick, incense stick, wood stick or resin.
Allow the herb to burn while using a vessel to catch the ashes.
Gently direct the smoke bath around the desired person, place or object, either by holding it with your hand or by placing it inside the shell.
Optionally, use your hand, a fan, or feather to direct the smoke and keep the smudge lit.
To extinguish, gently dab the burning end of the smudge into a vessel until it cools off and burns out, or ensure that it self extinguishes after a period of time resting in the vessel. If using charcoal, allow charcoal to self extinguish, or remove it from the vessel and soak it with water before discarding.
Discard: Return ashes to the earth if possible. Also charcoal to extinguish for at least 2 hours before discarding, or soak in water.
