For a happy, healthy, and pampered punani, use our Post Partum Organic Herbal Yoni Steam after birth to promote healing and gentle cleansing, decrease pain/discomfort, help regulate hormones and promote reproductive health.

Instructions for use:

We recommend not to exceed steaming twice per month.

1. Place 1/2 cup to 1 cup yoni steam into slow boiling water.
2. Cover tightly and let simmer for 10-20 mins.
3. Once herbs are steeped, carefully sit over uncovered pot using a yoni seat, stool, or box while using a gown, robe or towel around you, trapping the steam and creating a sauna-like environment for your womb.
4. Relax and allow the sacred herbs to work their magic for 20-30 mins, or until there is no more steam.
