Refunds and Returns Policy

While we work hard to ensure the quality of our products and that they are packaged securely for shipping, we understand that things happen! We will gladly accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on items that arrive damaged/broken. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product(s).

To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange, submit a claim within 3 days of receipt of the damaged/broken item(s). The item(s) in question must be unused, unopened and in the same condition you receive it. All original packaging must be included, along with the proof of purchase.

Claims should include the following information and be submitted to our customer care team promptly at theplantbasedpunani@gmail.com

  • Order Number
  • Tracking Number
  • Order date
  • Name
  • Address
  • Clear photos of damaged/broken product

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied via your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be issued as it may take some time for your refund to be processed.

If you are approved for an exchange, we will email you with the new order information within 3 business days of receipt of your claim.
